PStouch Release 2.8

PStouch features:

• Control PalmSens and EmStat devices via USB* or Bluetooth.
• Configure and run measurements.
• Load and save measured curves.
• Analyze and manipulate peaks.
• Analytical mode for concentration determination by means of standard addition or a calibration curve.
• Share measurement and analysis data directly via email or Dropbox.
• Support for PalmSens accessories such as a multiplexer, stirrer, or bipot.

Since version 1.12, PStouch will request Wi-Fi and network access permissions when installed. These permissions are solely used for (anonymous) analytics and automated bug reports. Upon the first startup of PStouch, users are prompted about anonymous data collection and bug reports. Opting out will prevent PStouch from utilizing the Wi-Fi connection. We highly value your privacy and assure you that no personal information is collected.

Important notes:

1. If PStouch fails to update or does not start post-update, please uninstall it, delete the PStouch folder on your SD card, reinstall PStouch from the Google Play store, and ensure sufficient free space on your phone and SD card.
2. To connect your EmStat or PalmSens device to your mobile phone or tablet via USB, ensure that your device supports USB host mode. Most modern phones and full-sized tablets have USB host mode compatibility. If unsure, refer to your device's manual.
3. EmStat 3 devices may encounter connectivity issues via USB depending on your mobile device. Refer to the Help section of PStouch for troubleshooting solutions, accessible in the main menu.
